We started going to open houses and in November of 2018, we ran into Chris at an open house. We got to talking and immediately felt comfortable with him. When we saw a house we wanted to look at he was on top of getting us out there and always had so much knowledge about the property or would find out stuff he didn’t know within a day and would let us know. When it came down to us putting in an offer on our now new home Chris was on the ball and got the offer in the next day. Luckily he advised us to get a sewer scope done because we found what turned out to be $20,000 worth of work needing to be fixed. This is where his amazing negotiation skills came in handy! He was able to get the sellers to fix everything and get it done before we closed on the house. Chris has been absolutely amazing to work with and would recommend him to anyone looking for help buying a new house!
As a first-time homebuyer, the process can be very intimidating, especially in our current market.
